No monetary refunds will be issued on any physical or digital products, programs, services, events, retreats, workshops purchased through The Sunroom School. Late payments will be subject to an additional fee.
LIVE EVENTS
You may only register for and attend the The Sunroom School's Events in accordance with these Terms, so please read them carefully. To register for the Sunroom School Events, you must complete the registration process online. You understand that sharing your registration with another person(s) is prohibited and a violation of the Terms of Service, which may result in your access to the event being terminated. The Sunroom School reserves the right to deny, limit, or cancel the registration or entry to any individual or entity for any reason, in The Sunroom School' sole discretion, including misconduct, negative behavior, and past or present failure to meet The Sunroom School's standard of business conduct, false pretenses or engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct.
REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE EVENTS
No refunds will be available after purchasing your ticket to the event. If you have any concerns, please contact hello@sunroomschool.com.
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of the new date.
TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE PROLIFIC PHOTOGRAPHER PROGRAM
Copyright Ownership. In the event that any copyrighted work(s) are created as a result of the Services provided by The Sunroom School or Kayla (hereby known as 'Coach') or any templates are shared with the Student in accordance with this Agreement, the Coach owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates, shares or produces pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by the Coach and may be used in the reasonable course of the Coach's business.
Permitted Uses of Resources. Coach grants to Student a non-exclusive license of product(s) produced with and for Student for personal use within their owned photography business ONLY. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts:
Student may not copy, duplicate, distribute, republish, or incorporate the Deliverables or allow others to copy, duplicate, distribute, republish or incorporate or use the product(s) produced. Student may not crop, distort, manipulate, reconfigure, mimic, animate, create derivative works or extract portions or in any other manner, alter any of the resources shared with the client. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain vested in Coach. The Student agrees that such proprietary material is solely for Student's own personal use. Any disclosure to a third party, copying or republishing any portion of the Deliverable or its contents is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.The rights granted to Student for personal usage of templates, artwork, or resources in its original form only.
Limited Liability. The Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Student for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Student may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Student's exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Student to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
